They seem to only win the big one while we were not in school.
Meanwhile, I seem to be misplacing items everywhere. First my credit
card then my sunglasses, then now part of my iPhone case. At least I
didn't lose my most precious above.

From the front of the train
On the way back from the Magic Kingdom we got to ride in the front of
the monorail. How cool is that?

First night comes to a close
Well, it's the end of the first day here. We spent most of the day at
the Magic Kingdom, sandwhiched around a very well timed nap. Carter is
so excited about being here, its so unbelieveable. He went hopping
from ride to ride, waited in line like a champ, and just being so
jovial. Its the greatest feeling a parent could have is to see the
sheer happiness. There really is something magical about this place.

I was remarking to Jenny that we spoiled Katie's taste buds because
she was not really eating from not being hungry, but because the food
seems to be a little bit below her standards...
Sorry that I couldn't post night pictures as all iphone owners know,
the device is lacking when it comes to taking pictures. Sooo, here is
a pic of the lobby of our resort... I could sit there all day!!!

On the Road...Finally
We're on the way down now but Carter couldn't hang on any longer. The
GPS estimates that we'll get to our hotel by 9 PM. We'll then be just
a few hours away from Disney

Daddy's Girl vs. Mama's Boy
Katie has always been Daddy's girl, from the time Daddy laid his eyes on her in the delivery room. I can't really explain their tight bond but Katie prefers Daddy over Mommy 99% of the time. Carter, however, is all about his Ma. In fact, his first sentence was "I want Ma." I took Katie to a girl's night out with some friends from work the other night. Carter was already asleep when we got home from dinner. When I finally got ready and got into bed, he opened his eyes slightly and said "Ma" and went back to sleep. I just love my little man.
